What we hold, why, and for how long. Written plainly because you should be able to read it.
When you send a transfer request we keep your name, email address, phone number, the journey, and anything you wrote in the notes. We keep it so we can drive you and so we have a record of the fare.
Us, and the driver who takes you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone else.
Bookings are kept for our accounts. Requests that never became a journey are removed after a year.

One, so the booking form works. No tracking or advertising cookies. Maps on the page are loaded from Google and OpenStreetMap, who see your address as part of that.
